As Vice President, Lynn oversees the Foundation’s grant programs and general operations. She also manages the Foundation’s environmental grants portfolio, through which the Foundation supports public and private efforts to improve local air and water quality, enhance climate mitigation and resilience, and promote environmental justice. Lynn serves as a member of the Baltimore Sustainability Commission and the Maryland Climate Change Commission.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Lynn launched and led nonprofit initiatives in the U.S. and overseas, and she worked as a strategic planning and management consultant to nonprofit organizations in Maryland. Lynn graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University and earned a master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. She lives in Baltimore City with her husband and three children.
