SunSpot.net - Maryland's Online Community  This is the link for The Baltimore Sun, for up-to-date local news and information.

Washingtonpost.com - The Washington Post is an excellent resource for national and world news.

Fact Monster - Reference site covering information on all class subjects, sports, current events and even a homework center.

Wikipedia - “The Free Encyclopedia” with extensive information on all kinds of topics.

Information Please - On-Line Dictionary, Internet Encyclopedia, & Almanac Reference This website provides useful links for researching topics, finding quick reference sheets and all kinds of information that would be helpful in doing well for N.A.L.

Enoch Pratt Free Library - The Enoch Pratt Free Library is always a good resource for researching a variety of topics. Do you have your library card? Some materials may be accessed from home or school if you have a library card.

Library of Congress - The Library of Congress has added an area for parents and students to assist in a variety of research.

Atlapedia Online - Atlapedia Online contains full color physical and political maps as well as key facts and statistics on countries of the world.

United Nations CyberSchoolBus - A fascinating site for students with lots of places to explore!

Cynthia Lanius' Lessons: Algebra - Fun with Calendars - This page has an interesting approach to teaching/learning algebra for teachers, students and parents.

Science Bob - This site joins Science Bob in his online lab and answers to your science questions.

LII: Supreme Court Collection - This is a direct link to the Supreme Court. This site will help you find pending cases on the courts docket, as well as those that the court has seen in the past.
